2. A serrated diffuser cover, designed in an inverted umbrella shape with 12 Φ 12 air vents at the center circle, plays a role in replenishing air and evenly distributing the entire diffuser cover, reducing energy consumption and evenly distributing water and air, thus reducing the requirement for installation levelness of the diffuser. The diameter of the diffuser is D=600 millimeters, and there are 60 downward sloping serrations around it to further cut the water bubble.


Principle of oxygenation
As can be seen from the above, the main factors affecting the oxygen transfer rate are: flocculation of the aerated water body, mixing by enterprises, bubble diameter size, air volume, and partial pressure of oxygen in the liquid phase, etc. The oxygenation of the diffuser mainly relies on the following functions:
1. The intense mixing effect of the liquid causes the gas to be transported through pipelines to the aerator, and then through a Φ 25 inner hole and a serrated gas head, it is used for water and gas cutting. After passing through the diffuser cover and cutting the surrounding sawtooth again, it drives the surrounding stationary water to rise. Due to the energy difference, it causes severe mixing of gas-liquid. In addition, due to the distribution of the aerator at the bottom of the pool, the rising bottom bubbles and falling water flow undergo convection after aeration, which increases the mixing of gas-liquid and accelerates the renewal of the water film at the gas-liquid interface.
2. After two sawtooth cuts and gas-liquid mixing, the diameter of the bubbles decreases, thereby increasing the gas-liquid contact area and facilitating oxygen transfer.
3. The diffusion effect of the diffuser hood disperses several gases into a cylindrical shape, changing the gas distribution state at the bottom of the pool, increasing the gas distribution area, and intensifying the diffusion of bubbles at the bottom and the mixing of gas-liquid at the bottom, which is more conducive to aeration and oxygenation.
